Mere coapte

Merele coapte sunt de obicei facute inainte de Craciun, dar cum afara e destul de frig si sunt la fel de bune tot anul, ne-am gandit ieri sa facem :)

Daca vi s-a facut pofta si aveti mere, taiati codita si faceti o gaura in partea de sus. Puneti o bucatica de unt, o lingurita de zahar si un strop de scortisoara:

si puneti tava la cuptor. Cu cat le lasati mai mult sunt mai moi, dar aveti grija sa nu le lasati prea mult ca se crapa coaja merelor si se face sos de mere in loc de mere coapte :)
